Senior Fitness Class

Wednesdays, March 22 -April 12, 2PM - 3PM

Certified senior fitness specialist Myrna Moore will lead a weekly series of four free classes for men and women ages 50 and older in the library auditorium. Classes will consist of stretching, body movement, light weight lifting, chair exercises, nutritional guidance and yoga.

Registration is required.
