The Adams Memorial Library is currently governed by two not-for-profit organizations that work closely together: the Central Falls Public Library Board and the Board of Trustees of the Adams Library. The Board of the Trustees of the Adams Library owns and is responsible for the three buildings on the Adams Memorial Library campus. The Central Falls Public Library Board operates the library. The boards of these two organizations meet regularly to discuss the affairs of the Library. An Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operation of the Library and reports to the Board of the Central Falls Public Library.
